I have nothing but great things to say about Robert, he is truly a professional! He found and booked everything for an amazing all inclusive trip for my 10th Anniversary with my wife, kept me well informed of all changes to our itinerary, scheduled two excursions for me and re-booked them after we changed our minds. He was even available by phone and text while we were traveling to answer our questions, and take care of an issue we had with one of our reservations.

Robert is the best. He’s been my travel agent for many years and since his business began. I always have a successful and joyful trip no matter what it’s for as long as he’s in charge. I’m a finicky client when it comes to hotel beds. When I’m not satisfied with a hotel stay he’s there for me and will help me move when I’m in a pinch. I will always and forever keep him as my agent.

This was our last minute family vacation and it was great thanks to Robert! Any questions we had, he answered and was so helpful. We had a great experience for our young boys as they traveled in an airplane for the first time and thanks to him, the trip was much more relaxing. Robert handled everything so we just relaxed and had an awesome time in Cabo. He was even able to get all 8 of us seated together on all the flights. He will be doing our Belize trip in 2024 - can't wait.
